:: capture gratitude [261-270]

this week, I’m grateful:

261. to have Eden Hannah is a few steps closer to home!

(I realize that it’s frustrating to not know more details, but as far as we know, she could come home really soon!)

262. on that note, I’m so grateful for our sweet, selfless friend who offered her arms and family to Eden until she can come home

263. to have spent Valentines Day with E&E and their family…so perfect

264.  to get this picture of Lily playing in snow WITH HER FAMILY!!

she has been praying for snow ever since I first told her about it last year.

265. on a less sentimental note, I am so grateful for clean public restrooms.

266.  to live in a city where there are so many kids I love

(makes for a lot of fun dates)

267. to be living within a few minutes of 3 of my 5 little Ugandans

(soon to be 4 when Eden Hannah gets home)

268. to have rediscovered sprouting

(it is so rewarding to watch my food grow all week and then eat it!)

269. to have a roommate who makes yummy Brazilian treats for breakfast

270. for a job that is taking me to Hawaii next week!

(please don’t think I’m holding out on you about this job on purpose. I literally cannot wait to tell you all about, but I have to wait until everything is ready…)
